Liverpool Plains Reconciliation and Retaining Local Youth Ride

Young people are leaving country towns because of the lack of opportunities. The Liverpool Plains would like to help the young to be able to stay by linking them up with businesses and services who do offer opportunities. Local High School leavers are invited to join this fun ride from Quirindi to Walhallow and back. You will be able to ride alongside policemen, firemen, Council and TAFE employees to have a chat about your future in the Liverpool Plains.

The ride starts at 8am from the Nungaroo Office in Quirindi. There will be refreshments in Walhallow. For more information call Doug Hawkins on 0407 001 048.

The ride is open to all school leavers, indigenous and non-indigenous.
