Quirindi Rural Heritage Vintage machinery & Miniature Railway Rally  & Swap Meet - May 2nd & 3rd 2009

Featuring international (tractors, engines etc), vintage tractors, engines, steam engines, cars, motorbikes and displays, operating blacksmiths shop and miniature trains. Events include tractor pull, Main Street procession, scarecrow competition, pumpkin bowling, working demonstrations, tractor events, sheep shearing, wood chop, rally dinner and entertainment. Catering and bush camping facilities available.

Currabubula Art Show - May 8th - 11th 2008

The 45th Currabubula Red Cross Art Exhibition is held at the Currabubula Memorial Hall each year. Glass artist Alison Mortis will be featured with Neville Logan and John Shields performing painting demonstrations.

Premer & District Lions Club Annual Cricket Weekend - September 27th - 28th 2008

Twenty six teams will compete in the two day, 7 a-side carnival. A round robin on the Saturday followed by a knockout competition on Sunday. Food and bar facilities will be available over the weekend with big screen footy on Saturday night.
All monies raised during the weekend is divided up between local charities.
