First Fleet Gardens, New England Highway, Wallabadah
This festival began in 2006 and due to its success is an annual event. Browse the stalls, join in the fun and games, stroll the First Fleet Memorial Gardens or simply sit back and relax to The Squatters and other live bands. A great day for the family!  Enjoy the reenactment of the First Fleet at 2.30pm.

UNIFEM wants to raise public awareness about the centrality of gender equality to achieve the Millennium Development Goals and discuss practical ways that the Millennium Development Goals can be achieved over the next 5 years.

Quirindi Rural Heritage Vintage Machinery & Miniature Railway Rally  & Swap Meet

May 1st & 2nd 2010

Featuring international (tractors, engines etc), vintage tractors, engines, steam engines, cars, motorbikes and displays, operating blacksmiths shop and miniature trains. Events include tractor pull, Main Street procession, scarecrow competition, pumpkin bowling, working demonstrations, tractor events, sheep shearing, wood chop, rally dinner and entertainment. Catering and bush camping facilities available.

Jazz music with Roshani Priddis from Australian Idol performing with the Johnny Muller Jazz Band. Art exhibition with wine and cheese. Workshops including oil, watercolour, pastels, drawing, cartooning, drumming, animation, singing, spinning and drama.
Festival fun on Saturday will include stalls, art demo, face painting, clowns, whip cracking, spinning demonstrations, juggling, comedy contest with compare Murray Hartin and much more.
